I've checked the email box, and it appears to be functioning -- can you please try logging into the support portal and checking your case there (there should be a support center button at the top right of your page.)

I can see the 4 test cases you created, and the one that you requested help in. I would suggest contacting support at the phone number closest to you.
I checked, and your email is not locked. Logs show your email was replied to and sent out. Please check your spam folder to ensure that they did not end up there.
