Modem - Invalid Dial String

Hi,
I've had a 4G modem in use on my T35-W for a few years. Unfortunately, it's now failing to connect and reports "Invalid dial command".

Any ideas?

Thanks.
David

    Hi David,

The "99#" is the dial string -- this is the standard one for these devices.

I'd suggest trying to put the device in a PC and try to get it to connect there and see if that works. There's likely an error or the device needs a firmware upgrade.
