Hello,
We have a strange problem.
We created 2 VLANS with a M470 between them, to allow/deny access.
One of the rule permit access to a network share (SMB) on a application server.
I'm using an AD Group to permit access to this share through the M470. Everything is fine on a computer.
Be we have a problem with our RD 2019 farm. The user shown in the traffic monitor is Backend-Service@any. Needless to say, he don't have access to the share.
How can we manage to have our user instead of this user in the packets ?

Have you done these?

To make sure that your users are correctly identified, you must:

1. Install the WatchGuard Terminal Services Agent on your Terminal Server (2012 or later) or Citrix server.
   For operating system compatibility, see the Release Notes for the version of Fireware on your Firebox.
2. Configure your Firebox to authenticate users to the authentication portal over port 4100.
3. Enable Terminal Services settings in your Firebox configuration file.
