Any suggestion how to get WhatsApp Calling working through the firewall?

What do you see in Traffic Monitor when this connection is tried?

In my Fireware v12.7.x Https-Proxy , I selected predefined content to exclude: *.whatsapp.net and *.web.whatsapp.com
I can make calls through WG just fine.

I would suggest using application control set to block whatsapp.

@morpheus27 I stand corrected, no need to be snarky.

@JulieWok If it's not working, it's likely that there is a proxy action or application control rule blocking it. Do you see any deny lines in your firewall's traffic monitor when you try and initiate a call. That should help point you in the right direction on what needs to be modified.
I'd suggest determining why it's being blocked before making rule changes.

Please post sample deny log messages for a blocked call.
