Importing users in firewall

Hi Team,

We want to import 150 users to the firewall for the authentication portal.

But we cannot find an option to import users from CSV, Xls, or other any kind of file.

Can anyone help on how we can bulk import the users?

    Hi @JustAGuy
    There's no way to import users -- I'd suggest pointing the firewall at whatever authentication server you're using and only add a group those users are part of.

    For example, using a policy for an AD group allows you to just add users to that group in AD, and they'll be able to log in using their AD credentials, vice having to maintain another account.

    Hi James,
    Thank you for your time, Can we just sync the users from AD and use it separately for the authentication portal for internet access, without relying on AD authentication.

    Hi @JustAGuy
    There's no mechanism to sync the users over to the firebox. If you'd like to keep the systems separate, they'll need to be entered in manually.
