bovpn established connection but no trafic

i had configured bovpn betwwen two watchguard t20. the connection is established when i show the debogage but i can't ping any one of them.

    What IP addrs are you trying to ping?

    Is there a policy at the other end allowing pings from this end?

    What do you see in Traffic Monitor on the other end related to the pings and any other traffic from this end over the BOVPN?
