I am trying to set up AD Sync and it dosent seem to be working, I have verified the connection, and it did work once when i first set it up, but will not sync now. We were syncing user group via AZURE previously. Any Ideas?
Check C:\ProgramData\WatchGuard\AuthPoint\logs -- there should be a folder or file for the AD sync potion. Looking at the bottom of this log after trying a sync may give you more info on the issue.
Errors are often left there from the AD server, so if you see something like "AcceptSecurityContextError" it may be a reject from the AD server.
