DVCP Error: Unable to download HTTPS DPI exception list

Hi,

I see this sometimes from T20 devices running 12.7.1 where my WSM server is running 12.7.2. The clients is fully managed.

2021-11-08 11:52:13 dvcpcd decode xmlrpc response failed Debug
2021-11-08 11:52:13 dvcpcd **Error: Unable to download HTTPS DPI exception list metadata from server - xmlrpc fault received from server Debug

I know what the errors says - is it a bug on the WSM server or a missing file?

    Hi Robert,

    I haven't seen this one pop up yet -- it might just be a bug. We'd need to see the ap_dvcp.log file from your management server to be sure (that shows the server side of the transaction)

    If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest opening a support case so we can look into this.

    I noticed, it only happens on some devices and must likely only when it is added to the WSM server as a fully managed device.

    DVCP logs:

    Reapplying templates works and i see no issues, so i guess it´s a minor issue first time added a device a as fully managed device.
