Hi Abner,
Thanks for writing.
You can set notifications for most items inside fireware. In each feature that supports it, there will generally be a notification area that allows you to set this up:
(Set Logging and Notification Preferences)
https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Fireware/logging/set_logging_notif_pref_pm_c.html
If you don't see a notification area for that specific item, you can set a notification for any log item in Firebox System Manager by enabling a notification.
(Enable Notification for Specific Messages)
https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Fireware/fsm/enable_notification_messages_wsm.html
Based on what you're looking to notify for, you might be better served by using the SNMP features, which can allow monitoring for things like disk space, etc.
(About SNMP)

I would suggest that you exercise caution when setting notificaions up, as setting up excessive notifications will generally cause the group monitoring them to ignore them. As a general rule, notifications should be for extreme events, and not something you normally see.
Thank you,
