Hotspot Guest User Accounts - Must be logged in again for short interruptions

Hello, I have set up a hotspot via the Manage Hotspot Guest User Accounts, where people have to identify themselves with a password. This works very well, but when people leave the hotspot for a short time they have to log in again with the password. The question is, how can I make it so that people can leave the area for a short time without having to log in again?

    What type of hotspot are you using? FIrebox, or the one on the Cloud APs?

    The hotspot system on the firebox is very basic. If a user comes back (especially via a different AP or IP address) it may not remember them. If the user is clearing cookies, or using incognito mode to enter the password, their browser may be throwing this info out too.

    The Cloud WiFi system is a bit more advanced and can remember a user -- if it's this system, exactly how long are you referring to?
