How to customise or add the description to the alerts.

Hi All,

I've configured the alerts of the event notifications for the specified logs generating in the firebox device which I connected with the help of the Watchguard system manager.
Users(Manager and me) can also able to get the alerts on the log generation, but now they cannot understand the alert which they are getting because it's giving one-line information, so Now I want to customise the alerts by adding the related description about the alert.
Is anyone done this before or has any idea how to achieve this?.

Would be helpful if anybody could help me through this.

Hi @Inhance
The alert messages will only output the log line it generated in the alert. There isn't any way to customize the output.

What types of log messages are you attempting to alert on?
