Hello WCS,
The error code you posted suggests that the user doesn't exist in Authpoint, or the logon app can't check for some reason.
Please ensure that you're logging in with a user that has been created or mirrored over to Authpoint.
If you continue to have an issue, I'd suggest opening a case with our support team so that they can take a look at it with you, and assist. You can find more about that here:

Hi WCS,
That is correct -- you'll need to log in with the user you've created in Authpoint, or that you've mirrored to Authpoint from a directory server (like Active Directory.)
If you just have a local mac user, you can create a new authpoint server with the same name, if you wish.
