Unable to send request to module

i've got an x550e running 11.3.4

We keep getting an issue when we try to save the policy we get the error shown below:

Any ideas? it's making amending policies a nightmare.

Yes we are aware its an old firewall.

    X550e uses older certs which the latest versions of WSM don't support. Would suggest using an older version of WSM to manage the firewall.

    I'm not exactly sure what version they made the change on, but anything on 11.x should work just fine for what you're trying to do:

    As we haven't supported that device for many years, support for the cipher suite used on the devices isn't supported by WSM anymore.
