Block .exe on HTTPS ?

.exe downloads are currently and successfully blocked on http, but is there a way to block them on https ? It seems like I checked in to this some time ago, but the fix involved a bunch of certificate stuff that I didn't want to get in to.

    You have to enable HTTPS DPI which requires adding the self-signed cert to systems either manually or via pushing it by group policy.
