Dimension Access Error

Hello Guys,

My customer has had a issue to access your Dimension server by WEB browser.

When he insert your user and password is displayed the error: "Unexpected error occurred. Check your log file for details."

But if he insert a wrong password intentionality, is displayed the error: "Incorrect username or passphrase"

I looked for Dimension status on Status Report in FSB and looked this message:

Since Dimension was installed, the configurations not was changed.

This error is known? What is the probably cause?

I just opened a case about this scenario but I would to understand informally why this occurred

    Hi @Eron
    The Dimension server looks like it's not accepting connections from the firebox. There isn't really any other informatoin in that log.

    The support representative will likely need support access enabled for the Dimension server in order to get more information for you.
