Dynamic DNS User Name not saved.

Hi

I’m trying to configure Dynamic DNS on a XTM 25 running 11.9.5 but can’t get the User Name to “stick”.
I fill out all fields and click OK, OK. Then open up the settings page again, and fields are filled out except User Name that is empty.
Config is not accepted by the device this way.
If a create a new default config for any XTM the same happens for both 11.4-11.8.x and 11.9-11.12.x.
New config for 12.0 is OK but I cant upgrade now.

Same in both Policy Manager 12.1.3 and 12.4 u2

Has anyone else experience this or has any ideas for a solution?

Hi JohanFaelth,

It sounds like there might be a problem with Policy Manager saving that to the firewall -- perhaps one of the paramaters might be invalid for that older version.

Have you tried configuring DynDNS via the WebUI?

In that older version, only DYNDNS.org is supported.
