AuthPoint Gateway status to stay on "Not installed"

Hi,i have install the AuthPoint Gateway in the Watchguard Cloud and then i have download and install the *.msi file on a WindowsServer2019 with JavaRuntime successfull without any errors.All 4 AuthPoint services running. But the status of the gateway in the WatchguardCloud to stay on not installed. What can I do ??

    had the same issue and opened a case
    here the anwser

    I understand from the case description that you're having issues with the AuthPoint Gateway.

    The issue you're reporting is related to the following BUG:
    AAAS-14718
    New AuthPoint Gateway installation show "not installed" status in Cloud

    Because of this, even if the Gateway is reported as "not installed" on our Cloud if the AuthPoint related services are Up&Running on your Windows Server you can continue with your configuration since the issue is only related to the UI.
