Error applying the .wgd payload to device

Hi all,

Anyone had the below when trying to add a new device to Dimension?
I've looked around but haven't had any luck finding details on this error.

For the record,what firewall model do you have and what XTM version is it running?

T30 running Fireware 12.1.3

If you are using both FQDN and IP address in Dimension this issue will occur. To fix the problem you need to list only 1 in the Server Management Section. If you can login to your Support account you can search for the following Knowledge Base article - Article ID: 000011683

Best to open a support incident on this.

Do you have Dimension Command in your Feature Key ?
If not, then you should not import the .wgd Dimension management file
