Unable to connect VPN to firebox
I have setup mobile VPN with IPsec for unknown reason i can't connect user through vpn,
I tried both authentication method active directory as well as local none of them are seems to working. what could be the reason this. i do not have feature key on this firebox is that the reason ?

Have you registered this firewall ?
If not, you need to.
Then you will get a feature key which will allow this and many other things to work.
I have not purchase any subscription, here is my scenario I have got Configure External interface ip 100.100.100.1/24 and trusted interface ip address 192.168.1.1/24. I plug windows 10 computer directly and assigned 100.100.100.2/24 I tried to do Mobile VPN unfortunately unable to do.

If you have a new firewall, then it does include a license - and you need to register your firewall on the support site.
If you have a used firewall, as long as it is not at End of Life, then you can contact Customer Care to get that unit registered to you, and that will result in a feature key that you can import into your firewall.
