product registation in a new watchguard account
hi,
I have a problem with registering my product (xtm515). the product was previously registered to an account from which it was removed from the product page. now if I want to re-register the same firewall on a different account, it tells me it is registered and to contact support. when I contact assistance through online support, I am asked for the product serial from the list, which is obviously empty because it is not yet associated with the account. how can i proceed to register the product on the new account?

If you use the 1st 2 methods, include a photo of the firewall showing the serial info
