I have a Firebox I need to move from one account to another. How can I do that? I have access to both accounts.
Contact Customer Care. They should be able to do this for you.

In addition to what Bruce said.
-Open the ticket from the account that you'd like the firebox moved to.
-Once the case is created, attach a picture of the firewall's serial number barcode to the case in the attachments area. (This proves that you can touch the device.) The barcode is usually on the back or bottom of the firewall.
