what is the difference between wgt15031 and wgt15331 sku's?

I need to renew my basic security suite on my Firebox T15. I have been given a quote
on wgt15031 of $314. But when I look at T15 product data wgt15331 seems to be the
same package for $195. What is the difference between the two? Thanks RLS

    WGT15031-WW includes a firewall - WatchGuard Firebox T15 - security appliance - with 1 year Basic Security Suite

    WGT15331 is just the license - WatchGuard Firebox T15 1YR Basic Security Suite Renewal/Upgrade
