VPN LINK broken after 8 minutes

I have an iMac with mac OS and try to make a VPN link with our office.
I use IKEv2 with the right settings and connections, the VPN link is working correct for 8 minutes and then the connection is broken.

I have at the same network an iMacBook with the same IKEv2 configuration and this connection stays a live ( sometimes after 4 hours it will disconnect).

Please what should I change in the settings. I searched on the internet in respect to this issue I see some questions but no answers are given.

Please can you help us.

    Hi @HVDK

    There aren't very many settings to change on the client for IKEv2 -- if you freshly installed the profile, that should cover any settings.

    -Ensure that any upstream device that you have is allowing VPN/IPSec pass thru. If this is a feature on the upstream router, and it's not enabled, it may not allow connections.

    -Try other VPN technologies like SSLVPN, which don't use IPSec. If the issue is specifically with IPSec, this may get around the problem.

    -Consider opening a support case so that our support team can look at your logs and assist.
