Is there a way to run a vpn user report on when the user connects and disconnects at a given time frame?

Device -> Authentication may work for your needs.

Hi Bruce, when trying to create the report, i couldn't find the section for authenticated users.

User Authentication is part of Compliance -> PCI

You can schedule PCI reports.

You could also try Watchguard Cloud if you are using that service.
Find your device > Log Search > Date Range > search for "admd" in the Event logs.
Here you can see exactly when each user connected and disconnected their VPN connection.
Save to a .csv file and make your report.
