UPN with LogonApp - Bypasses MFA completely
Hi! We are having some issues with using UPN names for MFA with logonapp. As the title says it skips MFA completely and logs on computer when using UPN instead of SamAccountName to sync users. I have a case ongoing.
Case Number 01345080 and they refer to Bug Number AAAS-10889.
But that was over 4 months ago. Is it just us or does anyone else have these problems? 'cus i cant seem to find any other posts about this matter.
To not be able to use UPN when users are synced to O365 is a major headache and inconvenience. Which disables the possibility to use Azure AD as a external source to sync users. Locally users will have to use their old logon names instead of UPN which is used everywhere else.

Hi @K_Andersson , this has been fixed on the AuthPoint Agent for Windows v2.4, that was in beta for 45 days (or so), and went live yesterday, September 10th. Please download it from the Downloads section in AuthPoint. Hope it helps!
