SSLVPN Timeout Box

Everyday between 4-4:30 our users get a popup box with a countdown to enter their password. Even after entering the password it will no connect you back to the VPN. We are using AUTHPoint for MFA anyone know why this happens or how this can be fixed it seems to be the same time every day.

    Hi @Sinbomb

    The SSLVPN doesn't ask for the 2nd factor on a renegotiation -- the only way this will work with the current client is to disconnect/reconnect.

    In the advanced tab of your SSLVPN, change the "renegotiate data channel" setting to be just a touch longer than the users' normal shift, and it will prevent the popup from happening.
