I have installed mobile vpn with ssl 12.5.3 on mac but when I go to sign i get an error saying cannot connect, check server or username and password.
From the docs:
"To install the Mobile VPN with SSL client on macOS, you must have administrator privileges."
Did you when you did the install?
If so, try the V12.5.2 client or open a support incident to get WG help in getting this working.
I'm having this exact same issue, but nothing I've done seems to resolve it. What is weird is that WatchGuard was working for me for a day on my new Mac, then it stopped working. And ever since, it keeps throwing the error about an incorrect username and password, despite it being correct.
I replied to your other thread -- if you continue to have issues, I'd suggest opening a support case with WatchGuard, so that we can look into your logs more in-depth.

Thanks @James_Carson , I'll take a look. Unfortunately, I don't believe my company has any active support remaining for WatchGuard, so I'm a bit stuck - I'll have to try to figure it out as best as I can with trying whatever I can and researching as much as possible.
