unable to connect to VPN when ESET is installed
Is there a work around to be able to connect to VPN when EST is installed? One of our users gets an IP address of 0.0.0.0 and a message: "Waiting for connection" that goes away after a few minutes and they are unable to connect. When they uninstall ESET, they are able to connect without issue.

What version of the SSLVPN client are you using?
Some have reported that the V12.5.3 client resolves this.

Like bruce mentioned, there are enhancements in the newer VPN client versions -- if you're running an older version (you can see it on the bottom of the login screen for the VPN) you'll want to upgrade.
There's no need too upgrade the firewall's version for this, you can do just the client, which you can download here:
