access portal to rds server thumbnail picture issue

I am using the access portal for 3rd party people to connect to our RDS server. Once connected to the 2016 RDS server and open a picture folder and click view small\large icons none of the pictures want to thumbnail. I can double click pictures and open with Windows picture viewer. I have tested this with Edge and Chrome browser and both are same results. I also tried the modify setting display setting for Color Depth for 24 bit and 8 bit under Portal configuration and makes no difference. No issues using RDS over SSLVPN to thumbnail pictures. Any suggestions.

We are using M270 using 12.5.3.U1

    I would suggest opening a support case for this. I don't see any known issues for this, so your issue will need more investigation.
