What is the actual issue behind [FBX-17115]?

The release notes for 12.5.3 Update 1 state, "This release resolves an issue with the Authentication process while handling RADIUS authentication requests. [FBX-17115]"

What they don't state is what that actual issue is. How can I find out what FBX-17115 is all about?

    The root cause is with internal processes deadlocking while exchanging data.

    Does it have anything to do with AuthPoint timing out when authenticating, then working on the next login attempt a few seconds later (T35)?

    It is not at all related to Authpoint. This is a Firewall problem which communications with Radius would trigger a deadlock on the processes. Which is why the release note was drafted naming Radius and Firebox.
