You should install the SSO client on your PCs. My guess is that this admin account logon happens on some PCs after the user logs on, and the SSO ELM sees the last logon, and that is what is being use…1 -

For others reading this thread - DNS over HTTPS is currently blocked by the DNS proxy as Type 65 (DNS over HTTPS) is not in the allowed in the default Query Types list.1
