If your config is allowing this access out via a HTTPS or HTTP proxy, then the proxy action has a lower session timeout - the default is 10 minutes.1 -

You can install the SSLVPN client and/or set up the Windows IKEv2 VPN connection on your HD image master. Make sure that your firewall model supports 500+ concurrent client VPN connections.1
