I just stopped all of these services which were running and I no longer have any apache.exe processes running on my PC.2 -

There is no ability to route broadcast packets across WG firewall interfaces/segments/VLANs. You can bridge a locally connected & managed WG AP to another firewall interface - just not using VLAN…1 -

As stated in the Known Issue, the problem cert contains a non-ASCII character in the subject name.1
