Has the legacy option been hidden away? I need the last version of firmware for the AP300. Thanks!

Hi @"james.carson" Just wondering if there is any update on this. Autotask is also OpenID only. Thank you
-
OK, so when the cluster fails over, the certs wont change? Thanks James.
-
@"james.carson" I was wondering if anything has changed with this. I have a similar situation but did not want to make this change if the info is outdated and FBX-4486 has been completed. Thank you.
-
@"james.carson" Thank you! That is great news. Standing by.
-
:( Very disappointing. It makes me wonder what is being hidden from us. It severely limits Auvik and other network tools.
-
Just wondering.... I cant find SNMP on WiFi 6 APs either. Am I missing it?
-
Thank you. I looked for that with Messenger and did not see it. But I will open a support case.
-
I found this on an unrelated site and it worked perfectly for anyone else interested: http://unattended.sourceforge.net/InnoSetup_Switches_ExitCodes.html
-
Scratch that.... Found it  But its not in http://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/fireware/12/en-US/Firebox-Cloud_Deployment-Guide.pdf Its in the AWS section, but not in the Azure section. For anyone looking, its in Virtual Networks > Subnets > Default > Route Table. Set it to the Firebox one that was created at…

Hi James. I was doing some reading on QUIC and Im not sure how to deal with this. Is the firewall seeing it as UDP? Or TCP without ACKs? I could not find the traffic on another port but may not have been looking in the right place.
-
We have seen this and find it most commonly with Digicert certificates. Try this... Go to the site (from another machine or through the packet filter). Inspect the certificate and export the root CA cert and the intermediate cert. Import them in to the firebox as General Use certificates (root CA first) Try the proxy…

Oh, we also have Auvik logging the changes. SO I know exactly what was changed. I just dont know who. Thx!
-
Thank you James. Happy Holidays.
-
Hmm. That stinks. Is that true for all MFA, or Authpoint specifically?
-
Does Authpoint prevent the use of Hello options? I cant use FP or PIN on the test machine.
-
That resolved both problems! Works fine now. Thanks James!
-
Yes, the machine I am testing with appears to be behind. I will update and give all of this a try again. Thank you!
-
Hi James. OK, that was really strange! If I log in with my email address or with my full name (Nospace and no AzureAD), it lets me in. Same windows profile, same windows (AssureAD) password. But there is no MFA prompt at all! It just bypasses Authpoint entirely. If I login with AzureAD\fullname, it prompts for AuthPoint…

Thank you James. Ideally, we were just trying to get Auvik integration and some other basic information in to our Barracuda RMM. We will keep our eyes out for some improvement in this area. From a "single pain of glass" or MSP perspective, its a big limitation in comparison to some of the other competition.
-
Thanks James. I appreciate that. So with that said, that's a pretty expensive SNMP relay, ha? Do you know of any other solution?
-
Am I misunderstanding this? From https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Wi-Fi-Cloud/manage_wirelessmanager/configuration/wifi_access/cip_mode.html

Hi James, I know this is old, but stumbling on it again... After reading, it looks like the base requirement for this is to waste a very expensive AP420. This sounds like a high cost for a simple network management protocol ;) Am I reading this right? Jon Also, apparently I created a duplicate post that you responded to…

Thanks Bruce
-
That did work! Not sure I understand why, but THANKS!
-
Really?!? Why? I'm trying to figure out how that would work? I'm going to go try that, but I'm just trying to figure out what the logic is. I will update. Thx
-
lol... That "site B)" was supposed to be "site B )". Clearly I should preview next time.
