Thank you both for your suggestions. I must have done something wrong when I first tried to add *.net.anydesk.com as the destination in the policies. I tried again today, making sure I added it an FQDN, and it worked.

That is indeed the key but easier said than done. Information from Anydesk says it uses sites on *.net.anydesk.com.
