Just a thought. I have a couple of proxy overrides on the http proxy rules for akama.net and sites related to MS updates. If they're in the proxy override, are they ignored for traffic management rules too?

I have a 1Gbps internet connection, and now I've set the rule down to 20 Mbps, it still floods the connection at 1,124 Mbps. I must have some kind of over ride somewhere that's still allowing full rate traffic. Or do these rules only throttle outgoing traffic?

We figured it out. I fat fingered the configuration of the app in Azure. Set user permission to the wrong area. Thanks for the help

Support case created. They said the configuration looks good but no users are syncing. Waiting for a phone call.

FYI, Here's what I get in the alert, even with a group selected: Provider Azure: XXXAD finished the sync. Users created: 0, Users updated: 0, Users deleted: 0 and Users quarantined: 0

I got this solved by contacting sales.

Thanks for you help. I reset back to the default as you suggested and it's working. Thank you.

Sheesh, how the heck do I find that. It's doing it on almost all of the http requests. Maybe reset the action to default and tweak later? Thanks, Kelly
