  • Thanks @James_Carson , I'll take a look. Unfortunately, I don't believe my company has any active support remaining for WatchGuard, so I'm a bit stuck - I'll have to try to figure it out as best as I can with trying whatever I can and researching as much as possible.

  • I'm having this exact same issue, but nothing I've done seems to resolve it. What is weird is that WatchGuard was working for me for a day on my new Mac, then it stopped working. And ever since, it keeps throwing the error about an incorrect username and password, despite it being correct.
