Apologies for the late update - can confirm the reinstall worked. I'm sure I'd tried that already, but anyway - thanks again for the assistance.

Hi James, Thanks for your response - checked both those things, TLS 1.2 is already selected and the user can reach the Firewall sslvpn page. What's odd is that he has 2 PCs at home, and one can connect on SSLVPN and the other can't, so sounds more like a local corruption on that PC.

Thank you both for the suggestions. I enabled logging on my port 587 policy and ran another test - it's being allowed: 2020-01-28 10:55:37 FWAllow, Allowed, pri=4, disp=Allow, policy=SMTP-TLS-Email-out-00, protocol=submission/tcp, src_ip=192.168.134.140, src_port=37274, dst_ip=52.97.146.2, dst_port=587,…

Hi Bruce. Yeah, I spotted that thread, but there didn't seem to be any conclusion. I am running 12.5.1 though, so perhaps it's related to the firmware. Her's a sample form WG Dimension: FWDeny, tcp invalid connection state, pri=4, disp=Deny, policy=Internal-Policy, protocol=submission/tcp, src_ip=192.168.134.140,…

Thanks James - that was a lot easier than I was expecting!

Thanks Bruce, all sorted

James: yes - that's the case with the T30s - only the Master shows Yes for Logging... but with my M270s they both show Yes for logging

Yes that's done it - thank you. Question answered, tested and resolved in under 5 mins... must be a record!
