The email server can't be accessed from the Internet.

The email server is located at another location, so I believe I need a branch office VPN setup since the mail server isn't at the location of the WatchGuard. Is that the best way to connect the two networks?

I saw your post on the "TAP- Windows Adapter V9" in other posts. Unfortunately, that didn't work. I don't see any failed messages in the network monitor. Should I see those if the outlook client isn't connecting. We are using office 2010.

When I ping the mail server name used in outlook, it resolved to a private IP. We are using outlook 2010. Why does that route not work through the VPN?

I don't see any errors for the connected IP. I suspect the Routed VPN traffic isn't configured correctly. I didn't check one. Should I check allowed network address, which selects all of them.

The mobile VPN wizard must have set it up to use 8443 instead of 443. I added this to the client serer name. IP:8443 and it worked. Thanks for your help.

The client reported "Failed to get domain name".

An AD group called Office VPN was created. I added myself to the group. Office VPN was added to the FROM in the SSLVPN policy. Additional logging was added for Authentication and the level was set to debug. The connection fails and no additional logging is occurring. The VPN client never getting past the message…

Thanks for the very detailed information!

I apologize for not understanding what a packet filter was. I added one for TCP and the internet is now accessible via guest wireless. Thank you so much for your help on this.

No other policy for Guests

In traffic monitor I see the IP assigned to the client. The outgoing Policy is setup as a DNS-Proxy. Is there something that I should check in that policy type?

I went to Network-->Inteferfaces and selected Guest_Wireless clicked on edit. DHCP Server was selected, Clicked on DNS and it was empty. I added 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNS servers and clicked save. I tried the guest wireless AP, but still can't get to Internet.

Thanks for the reply. The settings were already setup exactly as you stated. The policy is set to Any-External. When I connect to the AP, it says no Internet Access.
