"Technical issue" when uploading IDs for verification and account recovery

I am getting an error that says a "technical issue" has occurred when I try to upload my IDs. Anyone know a fix? I've tried using different computers and browsers.
https://19216881.org/ https://1921681001.link/ https://19216801.digital/
If I do the webcam method it scans my ID and redirects to a page that says "log in to continue" and if I say I don't have any of the IDs and upload my documents separately, I get the "technical issue" error and a redirect to "log in to continue".

Any suggestions?

    Hi @Kevin252

We don't have any verification method that requires you to upload a picture of an ID card. Verification is done via a local administrator if your account is locked out for AuthPoint. WatchGuard.com accounts are handled via our Customer Care department.

I'd suggest contacting our support department by phone if you are still seeing anything asking you to do this to verify it's legitimate.

You can find the phone number closest to you here:
