Access Portal Limits

I have an M570. I am looking at enabling the portal to allow access to our RDP server and using authpoint for MFA. I am curious to know how this will affect the firewall. Is there a recommended limit to the number of connections. I know there will be other factors in regards to what UTM functions are turned on etc...Just trying to gauge expected load. Thanks.

    Hi @Phil
Access Portal itself shouldn't cause too much of a load increase. Reverse proxy and SSH don't really cause any issues as they're not incredibly resource intensive.

The RDP function inside access portal can chew up a lot of CPU depending on what settings are enabled and how many users are using it at once.

For an M570 I'd suggest that 20-25 simultaneous RDPs shouldn't cause any issues, however, the higher the screen resolution and color depth go, the more rendering happens on the firewall itself.
