Security awareness
We are using total security on our clients and security awareness is coming up during auditing. It was my understanding that this was included on the subscription, but do not sim to find it on documentation or proof that is active. How can we make sure it is active and where can we find some documentation that total security has this included?

What product are you asking about?
On the firewall, there is the Total Security Suite.

There is no client PC component with this.
For a client PC, there is Watchguard Endpoint Security

total security with firewall such as M270. Sometimes when a page is blocked, a video comes up training the user. Is that correct?
Yes - if you have DNSWatch enabled.

It is DNS Watch and I think have seen a short video once. But was looking for something more specific to show others on demand.
