AuthPoint LDAP synch failure

AuthPoint fails to connect to external identity with the following error:
ERROR [https-jsse-nio-9002-exec-6] c.w.a.p.a.l.s.b.s.TestConnectivityService - Connectivity test failed - LDAPId: 7154 - Cause: 192.168.x.x:636 - Request-Id:1-609a81ca-1a9cbb653fedd2f026d07470

    Hi @Jim_McGrann

    There's not a whole lot of data here aside from the requestID, which I'm unable to find in our system. Checking your LDAP server for attempts to connect at the same time may be useful.

    I'd suggest opening a support case so that we can troubleshoot the issue with you. You can do so by clicking the support center link at the top right of the page.
