Activate without Scanning QR Code

Hello All! I have a user that his phone cannot scan QR codes on a Galaxy Edge 7. No idea why. Is it possible to manually activate his phone without scanning the code? What are the steps?

    I got it working. It also has an activate link in the email. The user can just click it on their phone to install the token.
