Combine 2 internet connections for max speed

Hello, I have 2 dedicated internet connections with the speed of 10Mb/s and 15Mb/s. and they are both in use at the same time. But max speed is 10 or 15 Mb/s.

I was wondering if it is possible to use it at 25 MB/s?
