How do we request additions to the Application Blocker?
It seems odd that TeamViewer is listed but Splashtop, one of their competitors is not?

You can do one of two things:
-You can post to the forum that Bruce mentioned above, and the product team that monitors that forum can look into that for you.
-You can create a case on the WatchGuard support portal at:
https://watchguard.force.com/customers/WGMyCases and a technician can help.Unfortunately, there's no way for me to move the post.
I would suggest first trying to run the application through a packet filter with application control turned on to see if it shows up as anything. Often, remote access products will share technologies. For instance, GoToMeeting may show up as GoToAssist or LogMeIn, which run off the same platforms. Depending on which one of Splashtop's products you're using, it may already be detected as something.
