ike authentication credentials are unacceptable

Hello,
we had a T50 firewall with "IKEv2" VPN to Windows clients
We transferred the configuration to a M270. The VPN settings seem to have been adopted.
But on the Windows Clients we cannot use the VPN connection anymore. There is always the error message "ike authentication credentials are unacceptable".
Does anyone know what to do to use the VPN connection?

    If you create a new VPN profile does it work?

    And does it work from any OS at all?

    I had to download and install client profile again.

    The certificate changes when you move to a new firefox, thats why.
