Hi!!! We have implemented RDP access by access portal, but we have encountered the problem that shortcuts (copy, paste ...) do not work. To what is due? do you have to do some configuration? or is it the plugin or browser?

    Are the users trying to copy/paste via right click, keyboard shortcut, or some other way?

    There's a feature request to disable use of the clipboard functionality for secure environments (FBX-20005.)

    If you're still running into issues with this, I'd suggest a support case.

    No keyboard shortcut works, and we have tested with all browsers, we work with M270.

    If you confirm that it is not normal, I will open a case with support.

    Shortcuts can work in some situations -- I'd suggest that you open a support case so that our team can gather more data and go from there.
