Dimension backup

M270, dimension 2.1.2 U4 (622159), bitvise server.
Remote backup configuration test gives a success, but hitting Create backup, does nothing, aside the warning not to reboot.
On server side, I see multiple ssh successful connections from dimension, but few Kb transmitted.
How can I troubleshoot the backup process on dimension's side?

    It seems there is a problem with mnt
    Error (8196), ******ERROR: Unable to create backup directory - [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/opt/watchguard/dimension/backup_mnt/wglog'" /
