Always On Mobile "device" VPN

I would like to see a mobile "device" VPN client that uses a certificate instead of username and password for authentication. This would be used for the "Always On" IKEv2 VPN as detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/vpn-settings-ios

    At this point in time, IKEv2 VPN does support using certificates -- but also requires a password. At this point in time, there's no intent to remove the password requirement from the WatchGuard IKE VPN server.
